Take the lead in a senior, project-focused role driving an enterprise-wide privacy, records, and data compliance uplift initiative. This position offers the opportunity to shape frameworks, programs, and systems that meet compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a project focused role with the potential to transition into BAU.
  • Develop a roadmap and action plan to uplift privacy, records, and data compliance frameworks.
  • Dive deep into the business to understand operations and jurisdictional compliance obligations.
  • Build strong relationships with senior key stakeholders across the business to drive alignment and engagement.
  • Translate complex privacy and compliance obligations into clear, actionable steps for the business.
  • Coordinate efforts across teams to ensure the successful delivery of this enterprise-wide initiative.
  • Provide trusted advice to senior leaders and foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
Role:
  • 10+ years’ experience in privacy, records, and data-related compliance within a large, complex organisation.
  • Proven projects expertise, with experience leading uplift programs involving policy, standards, processes, technology, and people.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and bring people on board in challenging environments.
  • Understanding of global privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Analytical skills to identify and resolve compliance challenges effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while building trust and collaboration across teams.
