This is a project focused role with the potential to transition into BAU.
- Develop a roadmap and action plan to uplift privacy, records, and data compliance frameworks.
- Dive deep into the business to understand operations and jurisdictional compliance obligations.
- Build strong relationships with senior key stakeholders across the business to drive alignment and engagement.
- Translate complex privacy and compliance obligations into clear, actionable steps for the business.
- Coordinate efforts across teams to ensure the successful delivery of this enterprise-wide initiative.
- Provide trusted advice to senior leaders and foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
- 10+ years’ experience in privacy, records, and data-related compliance within a large, complex organisation.
- Proven projects expertise, with experience leading uplift programs involving policy, standards, processes, technology, and people.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence and bring people on board in challenging environments.
- Understanding of global privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Analytical skills to identify and resolve compliance challenges effectively.
- Ability to work independently while building trust and collaboration across teams.
- Brisbane preferred, but Sydney or Melbourne considered.
