Role:
- Taking ownership of the risk integration process for the newly acquired business, ensuring alignment with the company’s existing risk frameworks and governance structures.
- Designing and implementing tailored risk management processes to address unique challenges, such as regulatory obligations, operational resilience, and fraud prevention.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams globally to coordinate integration activities, set clear milestones, and ensure seamless execution.
- Establishing governance models and escalation pathways to support effective decision-making and oversight.
- Developing consolidated risk profiles and delivering clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
- Promoting a culture of risk awareness and accountability within the acquired business.
- A senior risk professional with extensive experience in financial services or fintech.
- Proven expertise in integrating risk frameworks for new ventures, products, or regions.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to work independently while managing complex, multi-faceted projects.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
