Seeking a talented Risk and Assurance expert ideally with strong controls testing experience, to join an established Australian Financial Services organisation. Play a crucial role in the implementation of CPS230 and other risk initiatives.
Lead the uplift of risk practices, designing and testing controls related to CPS230, along with assessing and mitigating other related Risks. Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders involved risk-related initiatives, including CPS230, and ensure adherence when applicable.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in risk and controls, preferably within the Retail banking sector.
- Strong understanding of implementation of controls across CPS230 requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering solutions that meet the needs of the end customers.
- Play a vital role in the implementation of CPS230 requirements. An autonomous busy role.
- Excellent exposure. Work directly with the CRO and broader leadership team
- Immediate contract role with possibility to extend or go permanent
- Hybrid working with mix of in office collaboration and WFH time.
