  • Standardise and simplify global processes, adopt innovative tools, and proactively adapt frameworks to emerging risks and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, global regulations, and industry standards, while overseeing business continuity, crisis management, and incident response plans.

  • Proficiency in risk and compliance monitoring, assurance programs, and the use of technology-enabled tools and reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex issues and advise on practical business impacts.
  • Skilled in policy and procedure development, risk assessment, and board/executive-level reporting.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of advising boards, executives, regulators, and cross-functional stakeholders, and securing buy-in at all levels.
  • Strong leadership capability, inspiring and developing diverse global teams to achieve outcomes, with experience overseeing cross-cultural teams and supporting their development.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to lead organisations through change and uncertainty.
  • Skilled collaborator with cross-cultural awareness, capable of embedding governance, risk, compliance, and legal (GRCL) frameworks across international and diverse operational contexts.
  • Consulting experience, including first-hand engagement, is highly valuable.

  • Collaborative, values-driven culture with a focus on excellence.
  • Work in an environment that prioritises integrity, collaboration, excellence, and ownership, fostering a culture of trust and mutual respect.
  • Join a team that values curiosity, continuous learning, and the drive to question and improve, ensuring both personal and professional growth.
